Resellers can create and manage their own customers, provide SIP access, use API automation, work with their own pricing, and offer a branded login panel without our logos, payment details, or public company branding.
What is created by default?
When a new reseller account is registered, the system automatically creates a ready-to-use reseller tariff plan. By default, this plan is generated with a 20% markup over the base tariff assigned to the reseller.

A plan like RESELLER-USERNAME-PLAN is created automatically after reseller registration.
Default 20% markup
Prices are copied from the reseller base plan and increased by 20%. Billing blocks such as 60/60 or 1/1 are copied from the original tariff.
Manual control later
The reseller can later edit prices manually, create additional tariff plans, and adjust pricing for their own customers.
What can resellers do?
Create and manage customers
Resellers can add their own clients and assign them to reseller-owned tariff plans.
Manage SIP accounts
The main reseller panel domain can be protected by Cloudflare proxy for HTTPS access and browser SSL. The SIP subdomain, for example sip.yourdomain.com, should stay DNS only and point directly to the server IP. This SIP address is used inside softphones and SIP applications as the server/domain address.
Control customer pricing
The default tariff is created automatically, but the reseller can change prices manually at any time.
Individual reseller tariffs
For active resellers, call centers, or larger traffic volumes, we can provide individual tariffs and routing conditions. Pricing can be adjusted based on destinations, volume, route quality, Caller ID requirements, and commercial agreement.
Reseller API access
Resellers have access to a dedicated Reseller API. It allows automation for creating SIP clients, checking balances, transferring credit, and managing reseller customers programmatically.
Dedicated API key
Each reseller can generate and use their own API key from the panel.
Automation-ready
The API can be used for reseller portals, CRM integrations, billing automation, or custom websites.
White Label Panel
The White Label Panel is a clean login panel for reseller customers. Public copyrights, logos, payment details, and direct company branding are removed, so resellers can present a neutral panel to their own users.

How to connect your own domain through Cloudflare
A reseller can point their own domain to the White Label Panel using Cloudflare. The basic setup is simple:
1. Add your domain to Cloudflare 2. Create an A record: Type: A Name: @ IPv4 address: 152.228.129.114 Proxy status: Proxied / orange cloud ON 3. Optional: create another A record: Type: A Name: login IPv4 address: 152.228.129.114 Proxy status: Proxied / orange cloud ON 4. In Cloudflare SSL/TLS settings: SSL/TLS mode: Flexible 5. Open your domain in the browser and the White Label Panel will load.

SIP traffic must go directly to the server IP. If the SIP subdomain is proxied through Cloudflare, SIP registration and calls will not work. This setup is designed for quick reseller onboarding. For a more advanced setup, we can also configure a personal panel, dedicated IP, custom SSL flow, or install the platform on a clean separate server.
