Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the use of MagnusBilling.net, including SIP accounts, outbound routes, DID numbers, Caller ID features, internal calls and related VoIP services. By creating an account, adding balance or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Use

Our service is intended for legitimate business and personal VoIP communication. You are responsible for how your account, SIP credentials, Caller ID and traffic are used.

You agree not to use the service for:

2. Caller ID

Caller ID may be supported on selected routes, but it must be used legally. You may only use Caller ID numbers that you own, control, or are authorized to use. Carriers may reject, modify or block Caller ID depending on destination, route and local regulations.

3. Routes, Rates and Quality

Different routes may have different prices, quality levels and Caller ID behavior. Rates are shown in the user dashboard and may change depending on provider costs, destination, route availability and market conditions.

We do our best to provide stable service, but call completion, audio quality and Caller ID delivery may depend on third-party carriers and destination networks.

4. DID Numbers

DID numbers may require end-user registration, identity verification, address verification or additional documents depending on the country and number type.

If documents are required, the number may remain inactive or in demo/pending status until approval. We are not responsible for delays, rejection or cancellation caused by regulatory requirements, missing documents or third-party provider decisions.

5. Account Balance and Payments

Services are prepaid. You must have sufficient balance to use paid services. Payments are added to your account balance after confirmation.

Crypto payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be limited by used balance, provider charges, payment fees or abuse prevention rules.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details, SIP credentials and devices secure. Any traffic generated from your account is considered your responsibility, even if caused by compromised credentials or unauthorized access.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if we detect abuse, fraud risk, illegal traffic, payment issues, suspicious activity, provider complaints, chargebacks, regulatory requests or violation of these terms.

8. No Emergency Services

The service is not intended for emergency calls. You should not rely on our VoIP service for emergency services such as police, ambulance, fire department or similar emergency numbers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost business, loss of data, service interruptions, route failures, carrier issues, blocked calls, Caller ID rejection or third-party provider actions.

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the unused prepaid balance available in your account at the time of the issue.

10. Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where you use the service, where your callers are located, and where your call recipients are located.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means that you accept the updated terms.
